Piezotomes

A piezotome is a special device used in dental and maxillofacial surgery for fast and safe bone grafting.

Types of operations using an ultrasonic device: removal of complex teeth; bone tissue augmentation before implantation; sinus lifting (raising the floor of the maxillary sinuses); strengthening of movable teeth; bite correction; removal of cystic formations.

Piezosurgery is the least traumatic method of surgical dentistry. Ultrasound precisely affects the desired area without damaging healthy tissues. The procedure includes cooling the operated area, even in deep layers.
