Delivery

We do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

After you place the order, its processing will begin - our consultant will contact you via messenger to clarify the list of products, their availability, etc. details Orders are processed and shipped on business days. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as on public holidays, are processed on the next business day.

Delivery methods:

  • Delivery by Nova Poshta service
    The parcel will be stored at the Nova Poshta branch according to the rules of the carrier, and after the end of the standard free storage period, the order that was not received by the Buyer will be returned to the Seller.
  • Delivery by our courier across Kyiv
    For orders up to 1000 UAH, the fixed price of courier delivery is 50 UAH
    For orders over 1000 UAH - the buyer pays only the purchase price (delivery is at the expense of the Seller).
  • Pickup from store
    Address:  Ukraine, Kyiv, Kharkivs'ke Hwy st, 201/203, section C
    Opening times: mo. - fr.: 8:30 - 18:00

To calculate the cost of order processing, the principle is used: one purchase = one delivery. If the Buyer needs to deliver goods from the order to different addresses, such purchase will be divided into separate orders..

We try to minimize the amount of packaging we use, so we pack everything when we collect a specific order. As a standard, the order is neatly packed in a cardboard box (for small items, a parcel envelope can be used).

If you have special requests regarding how you would like us to package your purchase, please let us know and we will try to find a solution if possible./p>

Payment

For standard Nova Poshta delivery - we do not require prepayment:
the buyer can pay for the purchase at the time of receiving the order by the methods offered by the carrier (cash or card). The commission for the transfer of funds is paid by the buyer according to Nova Poshta tariffs.

Payment methods:

  • Payment in cash upon receipt of the goods or by advance payment
    when choosing a courier delivery in Kyiv, or the Nova Poshta carrier.
  • Payment by PrivatBank card (prepayment for details sent by SMS, Viber, Telegram, E-mail)
    The manager will send you payment details after confirming your order.
  • Payment to the bank account
    If you have chosen this method for yourself, please let us know and we will send you an invoice with all the necessary details.

If funds are not received within more than 3 working days, the online store reserves the right to cancel the order.

Product return

You have the right to return unused goods within 14 days of delivery. If you have not returned the product within this period, as well as if the product has been used, the return cannot be processed. The product must be returned together with its original packaging. If the product you want to return was sold as a set / set of several products, the return will be issued only if the entire set / set is returned. The list of goods that are not subject to return is defined by the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights".

If the product to be returned does not suit you, write to us in the messenger Viber or by E-mail and we will process the return.

  • Shipping of the product that did not fit is at the expense of the Buyer.
  • To issue a refund for a product that did not fit, you must fill out a Return Application (will be provided). Together with the Application, you must enclose in the parcel a fiscal check (which was sent to you after payment) or an invoice (was attached to you in the parcel, if the order was paid upon receipt).
  • Refunds for goods that did not fit will be made without cash. Refunds will be made within 7 working days after receipt (and inspection) of the product.
